Billing Policy / Procedure
Patients must verify participation status with thier insurance carrier and know thier benefits prior to being seen. Please call in advance of your appointment.

Cash, check, money orders, Visa, Master Card, & budget payment plan.

Instructions If There Are Questions
Patients should call our insurance / billing department or ask to speak to an insurance specialist at the time of their visit. Finance charges will be added to 90 day past due accounts. Delinquent accounts are referred to outside collection companies.
