Questions About Your Health
During Hours. Please call between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Leave a message with our message center staff. Physicians review all messages, determines the plan of care, directs a nurse in action to be taken. Calls will be returned by clinical staff or physicians when appropriate.

Physicians (when appropriate) return phone calls after seeing patients. This may be after 5:00 PM. Please leave your home phone number when calling. Calls cannot be returned to pagers. Patients requesting to speak to the physician may receive a call from the physician's nurse. Please leave detailed messages.

Emergencies. Call 770-787-6900 and speak with our message center staff giving them full details regarding your emergency. Patients experiencing chest pains should go immediately to the nearest emergency room or dial 911.

After Hours. Call 770-787-6900. Messages may be left in our voice mail system for next day response. For urgent matters, patients should call the on-call physician. Routine matters are returned within 24 hours. For life threatening emergencies, call 911, do not delay.
